Leverages Group (the “Group”) will take the following measures to properly handle the personal information provided by customers, officers and employees of the Group, and all other stakeholders of Group’s affiliates.
1. Obtaining, using and providing personal information
We will properly obtain, use and provide personal information to the extent necessary to conduct our business.
We will use the personal information we obtain only for our intended purposes, and will take measures to prevent the unintended use of such information.
Also, in the event that the handling of personal data is outsourced in whole or in part, we will select a company that satisfies sufficient selection criteria.
2.Compliance with laws and regulations, guidelines, and standards regarding personal information
When handling personal information, we will comply with laws and regulations, guidelines established by relevant governmental authorities, and other standards regarding the protection of personal information.
3.Proper management of personal information
We will take appropriate security control measures necessary to prevent any leakage, loss, alteration or other mishandling of personal information.
4.Responding to complaints and inquiries
We will respond promptly to complaints and inquiries regarding personal information.
5.Measures to protect personal information
We will manage the handling of personal information and our personal information protection system for proper implementation, and will continue to review and improve measures to protect personal information.
Handling of Personal Information
1. Purposes of using personal information
Personal information and other customer information provided to the Group will be used for the following purposes.
If the purposes for which personal information will be used are separately specified to an individual at the time his/her personal information or other customer information is collected such as the purposes of use are set out in the relevant terms of service, those purposes are included.
In addition, personal information may be used together with other customer information.
1) Information about individual customers
●To carry out procedures related to registration for the use of services offered by the Group and identity verification;
●To provide information about and offer services that a customer has inquired about or ordered;
If a customer uses multiple services offered by the Group, we may view and use the customer’s personal information across services.
●To provide information related to the services ordered by a customer (including other services offered by the companies in the Group, partnered service providers or any other service providers), introduce other services, assess usage;
We may obtain (not only directly from a customer, but also from advertisers and other third parties; the same applies below) usage log information such as cookies, device information, IP addresses, attribute information, location information, advertising identifiers, and action history (i.e., the history of opening emails, clicking links, and browsing websites, etc.) and use such information after checking it against the customer’s registration information and other personal information held by the Group.
In addition to emails and telephone calls, we may also provide information through the distribution of Internet advertisements (including targeted advertisements).
●To accurately record and review the content of calls (including online calls) and to improve the quality of customer service;
We may record or videotape calls from customers or the Group by telephone, online conferencing systems or any other means.
●To use information for analysis to develop and improve the services ordered by a customer and any other services, analysis of service registration channels, statistical processing, machine learning, and deep learning including large language model;
Depending on the services used, we may continue to use a customer’s information after the customer’s membership has terminated.
We may obtain usage log information and use such information after checking it against the customer’s registration information and other personal information held by the Group.
●To request a customer’s cooperation in participating in surveys and other events related to the Group’s business activities;
We may obtain usage log information and use such information after checking it against the customer’s registration information and other personal information held by the Group, to select an individual to whom we will make such a request.
●To solicit persons to be interviewed for creating articles;
●To conduct investigations into any prohibited matters as set forth in the terms and conditions of the services ordered by a customer, and to take action based on such investigations; and
●To conduct other services related or incidental to the foregoing services.

2) Information about officers/employees of business partners (including their subcontractors, etc.)
●To carry out procedures related to registration for the use of services offered by the Group;
●To provide information about and offer services that a customer has inquired about or ordered;
We may obtain (not only directly from a customer, but also from advertisers and other third parties; the same applies below) usage log information such as cookies, device information, IP addresses, attribute information, location information, advertising identifiers, and action history (i.e., the history of opening emails, clicking links, and browsing websites, etc.) and use such information after checking it against the customer’s registration information and other personal information held by the Group.
If a customer uses multiple services offered by the Group, we may view and use the customer’s personal information across services.
●To provide information related to the services ordered by a customer (including other services offered by the companies in the Group, partnered service providers or any other service providers), introduce other services, assess usage;
●To provide information about services and related information and to hear requests;
In addition to emails, telephone calls and other communications, we may also provide information through the distribution of Internet advertisements (including targeted advertisements).
If a customer uses multiple services offered by the Group, we may view and use the customer’s personal information across services.
●To accurately record and review the content of calls (including online calls) and to improve the quality of customer service;
We may record or videotape calls from customers or the Group by telephone, online conferencing systems or any other means.
●To manage business partners;
●To use information for analysis, statistical processing, and machine learning, deep learning including large language model to develop and improve the services a customer orders and any other services;
We may obtain usage log information and use such information after checking it against the customer’s registration information and other personal information held by the Group.
●To request a customer’s cooperation in participating in surveys and other events related to the Group’s business activities;
We may obtain usage log information and use such information after checking it against the customer’s registration information and other personal information held by the Group, to select an individual to whom we will make such a request.
●To solicit persons to be interviewed for creating articles;
●To conduct investigations into any prohibited matters as set forth in the purpose of use of the services ordered by a customer, and to take action as a result of such investigations; and
●To conduct other services related or incidental to the foregoing services.

3) Information about other parties involved
(i) Information obtained from public domain or disclosed specifically
●To establish a business relationship;
●To provide information and send materials about services offered by the companies in the Group and alliance partners; and
●To use information for analysis to develop and improve services, statistical processing, machine learning, and deep learning including large language models.
(ii) Information obtained as a result of outsourcing business to the Group
●To carry out the outsourced business
(iii) Information obtained when receiving inquiries, etc.
●To respond to inquiries, etc.;
●To conduct identity verification;
●To provide information and send materials about services offered by the companies in the Group, partnered service providers and other service providers;
●To accurately record and review the content of calls (including online calls) and to improve the quality of customer service; and
We may record or videotape calls from customers or the Group by telephone, online conferencing systems or any other means.
●To understand service usage, and to aggregate and analyze data, and prepare statistical materials for quality improvement.
(iv) Information obtained through public relations interviews
●To publish information in the public relations and other media of the companies in the Group; and
●To announce public relations activities.
(v) Information about survey respondents, campaign and event participants, gift applicants, etc.
●To conduct prize drawings and send out prizes;
●To contact respondents, participants, and applicants; and
●To administer and conduct campaigns and other events for which participants have registered.
(vi) Information about office visitors
●To ensure security control for crime prevention or other purposes; and
●To manage appointments and records of visitors to the Group’s facilities or equipment.
(vii) Information about applicants for employment (including internship) with the Group
●To conduct recruitment for the Group (not limited to the companies to which applicants applied);
●To conduct employment screening, make employment decisions, and conduct interviews;
●To manage personnel affairs of applicants after joining;
●To give invitations to and accept applications for explanatory sessions of the Group (not limited to the companies to which applicants applied);
●To give information and send materials regarding the Group (not limited to the companies to which applicants applied);
●To clarify Leverages’ and the Group’s employment criteria, and to conduct analysis in order to improve the efficiency of employment screening (including, among other things, comparison with the data of the Group’s employees at the time of their application and screening); and
●To conduct other services related or incidental to the foregoing services.

2. Provision and sharing of personal information to and with third parties
1) We may provide and disclose information about individual customers to third parties as set out below:
Recipient: companies, entities, organizations that use the services of the Group or partnered service providers (“Business Partners”)

The Group will on behalf of customers or by itself provide information about customers to Business Partners that use the services provided by the Group or partnered service providers, or will disclose such information by making available or posting it on websites or applications accessible by such Business Partners, as provision of services including giving information on jobs or positions or scouting for, freelancers, full-time employees, or temporary employees based on request from customers and for the purpose of facilitating consideration, screening, or other activities at the relevant Business Partners. In such provision or disclosure of information, the Group may provide or disclose only certain part of the information about customers held by the Group by making certain part of information unavailable.
Besides, the foregoing services may be provided in the following situations:
– Provision of information by individual customers including application for a position or job, etc.
Information will be provided to the job provider by operating the application screen.
– When registering for an event
Registration information will be provided to the companies attending the event on behalf of the registrant.
– When responding to a questionnaire prepared by job providers
Information may be provided by the Group on behalf of the individual customer.
The Group will provide Business Partners with information to the necessary extent as provision of services of temporary staffing, personnel education (school), provision of platform, residence-broker service, owned media, or other Group’s services.

When other job placement agencies contact job seekers, introduce them to jobs, or invite them to interviews as a result of providing the services ordered by users, information will be provided on behalf of the individual customers.
●Contact with job seekers by job placement agencies
Information will be made available to other job placement agencies as a result of providing the services ordered by users.
●Request for interviews with job placement agencies
After a job placement agency contacts a job seeker, information will be provided if the job seeker wishes to interview with the job placement agency that has a job opening.

Recipient: clients of temporary staffing service

Information may be provided to clients of temporary staffing service pursuant to the Temporary Staffing Act or other laws and regulations, or in order to respond to inquiries regarding qualifications of temporary staff from the clients of temporary staffing service.

Information may be provided to service providers engaged to promote the Group’s services for marketing activities including advertising delivery as well as for measuring the advertising effectiveness, improving advertising, and expanding targets thereof.

2) Additional matters regarding the provision of user information to third parties located in foreign countries
If a user seeks or applies for a job in a foreign company, if an enterprise located in a foreign country undertakes scouting or recruitment through services operated by the Group, or if the Group needs to provide personal information of the user to provide its services, the Group may provide personal information of the user.

3) Provision of personal information to third parties pursuant to laws and regulations
Personal information may be provided to third parties in accordance with laws and regulations, including pursuant to each item of Article 27, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
4) Sharing information about individual customers, officers and employees of business partners, and other stakeholders
In order to provide comprehensive services that utilize the expertise of each Group Company, the Group will share information about individual customers, officers and employees of its business partners, and other stakeholders as follows:
(i) Details of personal information to be shared
Information regarding profile including name, contact information (e.g. address, telephone number, email address), organization name, department name, address, job title, email address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and past history of transactions, business negotiations and communications, qualifications, academic and professional careers, and other information required for provision of the Group’s services.
(ii) Scope of persons with whom personal information will be shared

To manage personnel or labor affairs in the Group or restructure the organization in the Group; and
To hear requests or otherwise for the purpose of use set out in “1. Purpose of using personal information.”

3. Disclaimers regarding provision of personal information to third parties
The Group will not be liable in any way for acquisition of personal information by a third party in any of the following cases:
1) A user discloses his/her own personal information by himself/herself to a job provider or other third parties using a function of Group’s services or other means;
※ For example, such event may occur from registration of the following information when the user registers his/her profile or skill sheet with the Group’s services:
Detailed description of work experience with proper nouns that may easily envisage the user;
Photographs that can clearly identify the user;
Records of writing including books and research paper; and
IDs, account names or links of public web services such as social media.
2) The third party identifies the user by information posted on public web services such as social media by the user in relation to the use of the Group’s services;
3) A person other than the user obtains information that can identify the user; and
4) There is no reason attributable to the Group.
4. Receipt of personal information from the Group’s business partners, etc.
The Group may receive personal information from job providers or other persons to whom individual customers have submitted applications using services provided by the Group. In such cases, the Group will properly receive personal information in writing or by electromagnetic means.
1) Purpose for which the Group will receive personal information
To confirm chargeable services with job providers or other persons to whom individual customers have submitted applications using the Group’s services;
To operate the Group’s services that individual customers will use and to communicate with and provide information to individual customers as a result of such operation; and
To improve and newly develop the Group’s services and to conduct incidental research, analysis and marketing.
2) Details of personal information to be received
The fact, status and results of using services provided by the Group
5. Voluntary provision of personal information
The Group asks all stakeholders to provide us with their personal information to the extent necessary for the purposes described herein. The provision of personal information is voluntary, except where required by law (e.g., to verify their identity or foreign resident status, or to provide their individual numbers (e.g., “My Numbers”). However, the Group may not be able to provide its services or fulfill other requests if customers do not comply with the Group’s request or if the information they provide is insufficient.
6. Handling of sensitive personal information (yōhairyo kojin jōhō)
The Group may obtain any sensitive personal information (i.e., personal information, etc. containing statements, etc. specified by a Cabinet Order as the information the handling of which requires special care so as not to cause unfair discrimination or prejudice against or other disadvantage to the person concerned, such as race, creed, social status, medical history, criminal record, or the fact of being a crime victim) in accordance with laws and regulations or based on the customer’s consent or request, and may provide the same to third parties within the extent permitted by the laws and regulations, or consent or request.
7. Use of statistical data
Based on the personal information provided by customers, the Group may, in accordance with the procedures prescribed by law, create statistical data that has been processed to avoid the identification of those customers. The Group may use the statistical data that cannot identify customers without any restrictions.
8. Anonymized personal information (tokumei kakō jōhō)
The Group will continuously create anonymized personal information that is made impossible to identify an individual person or restore personal information pursuant to an appropriate processing method under laws and regulations, and will provide such anonymized personal information to the extent specified in paragraph 2.
Anonymized personal information to be created or provided will include information on personal attributes of customers such as their name, sex, date of birth, experience and history. The information will be provided in writing, orally over the phone, by FAX, delivery of electromagnetic recording media, or electromagnetic communication means such as email.
9. Security control measures
The Group implements the following security control measures for retained personal data (hoyuu kojin deta):
[Organizational security control measures]
●In order to implement security control measures for personal data, an information manager has been appointed in each department as the person responsible for management.
●In the event of an actual or threatened leakage or other accident involving personal data, we will take the necessary measures, such as promptly investigating the facts and determining the cause, on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Group’s reporting and communication system.
●We have established and implemented internal manuals regarding the handling of personal data, and we regularly review system usage through access logs and other means.
[Personal security control measures]
●We regularly train and inform employees about the rules and points to keep in mind when handling personal data, as well as the cases of incidents that have occurred at other companies.
●The obligation of employees to maintain the confidentiality of personal data during and after the employment is set forth in the employment rules and other internal regulations.
[Physical security control measures]
●We take security measures, such as requiring visitors to carry IC cards or other forms of identification when entering or leaving the Group’s offices.
●We restrict the equipment and other devices that can be brought into our offices, and store personal data in a lockable location, on a server or in another environment that requires authentication.
●When personal data is destroyed, it is dissolved or shredded so that it cannot be recovered.
When electronic devices or other items are moved or taken away, they are password-locked to prevent leakage of personal data.
●We prevent loss, theft or other incidents involving personal data by storing it on devices or other platforms that are encrypted, on file servers with advanced security measures, or in the cloud or other locations.
[Technical security control measures]
●We implement access control by restricting access to personal data by IP addresses when such data is used, requiring IDs and passwords for database access, using two-factor authentication, and limiting the number of employees who can view personal data based on the type of such personal data.
●We ensure that security software is installed on devices used by employees.
[Understanding the external environment]
If the Group keeps personal data abroad, it will take security control measures with understanding of the personal information protection laws in the country in which the Group keeps the personal data.
Please contact the support desks to inquire about how we understand the external environment. We will respond to each inquiry according to the Group’s services that the customer uses.
10. Acquisition of Personal Information by Methods Not Easily Recognizable by the Individual
This website may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies for the purpose of improving services and obtaining statistical information on access conditions, etc. However, personal information that has not been entered by the data subject will not be obtained through the use of these technologies.
1) Cookies
a. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a mechanism that stores in your computer as a file the usage history, input contents, and other information sent and received between your browser and the server when you browse a website. The next time you access the same page, the website operator can use the information in the cookie to change the display for each user. If the browser settings allow cookies to be sent and received, the website can retrieve cookies from the user’s browser. For privacy protection, the user’s browser will only transmit cookies sent and received by the server of the website browsed.
b. About cookie settings
You can choose to “Allow all cookies,” “Reject all cookies,” or “Notify me when cookies are received” for settings related to the sending and receiving of cookies. The setting method varies depending on your browser, so please check the “Help” menu of your browser. Please note that if you choose to reject all cookies, you may not be able to use services that require authentication, or you may be restricted from using various services on the Internet.
2) Web beacons
Some pages on the Group’s website use web beacons for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the usage of the Group’s services and improving the Group’s services. Information obtained through the use of web beacons does not contain any information that may identify individuals.
3) International mobile equipment identifier of mobile terminals
The international mobile equipment identifier of a mobile terminal is a number sent by a user’s mobile terminal to distinguish the mobile terminal when the user accesses this site with the mobile terminal, and is used for access management and other purposes. The international mobile equipment identifier does not include the user’s cell phone number, e-mail address, name, or any other information related to the user’s privacy. International mobile equipment identifiers alone cannot be used to identify individual registered users.
Please refer to “About Informative Data” for the purpose of use, provision to third parties and other conditions relating to information listed at 1) to 3) above.
11. Amendments to this Privacy Policy
The Group may amend this Privacy Policy at its discretion to the extent that it does not violate laws and regulations.
12. Request for disclosure, etc. of personal information
1) Notice of purpose of use, or disclosure of personal information or records of provision to a third party
With regard to the disclosable personal information (kaiji taishou kojin jouhou) held by the Group, requests for notification of the purpose of use, or disclosure of such information or disclosure of records of provision to a third party from the individual or his/her representative will be handled promptly in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Group.
However, if responding to such request results in any of the following, we may not do so and will explain to the individual or his/her representative that we are unable to respond to the request and the reason therefor:
(i) if responding to the request is likely to harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party;
(ii) if responding to the request is likely to seriously impede the proper conduct of the Group’s business; or
(iii) if responding to the request results in a violation of any law or regulation.
2) Correction, addition, deletion
With regard to the disclosable personal information held by the Group, requests for correction, addition, or deletion from the individual or his/her representative will be handled promptly in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Group, and such information will be corrected, added, or deleted to the extent permitted under the Personal Information Protection Act.
Please note that if we delete personal information, the individual may not be able to use our services that he/she is currently using.
3) Suspension of use or erasure, or suspension of provision to a third party
With regard to the disclosable personal information held by the Group, requests for suspension of use or erasure, or suspension of provision to a third party from the individual or his/her representative will be handled promptly in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Group and handled appropriately in accordance with the Personal Protection Information Act.
Please note that if we suspend the use of personal information, the individual may not be able to use our services that he/she is currently using.
4) Request procedure, etc.
If you would like to make any of the requests set out in 1) to 3) above (a “Request for Disclosure, etc.”), please complete the form specified by the Group (application form for disclosure, etc.), and return it to us along with the identification documents listed in paragraph a or b below. We do not charge any fee for providing notice of the purpose of use or disclosure of personal information.
A response to a Request for Disclosure, etc. will be sent by email or in writing to the address provided within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of the completed application form for disclosure, etc. and identification documents.
a. In the case of the individual himself/herself:
Please enclose a copy of one of the following identification documents when making a Request for Disclosure, etc. If the address is not “the same as” the registered domicile (honsekichi), please blacken or otherwise delete the registered domicile.
– driver’s license;
– health insurance card;
– my-number card;
– pension book;
– residence card; or
– passport.
b. In the case of a representative:
If a representative is making the Request for Disclosure, etc., please submit the following identification documents (copy) in addition to the document listed above. Please make sure that the current address is verifiable and that the “registered domicile” section is blacked out.
For a legal representative:
– A document confirming that the legal representative has the right of legal representation (a copy of the family register (koseki touhon) or, in the case of a person with parental authority, a copy of the health insurance card, etc. with the dependent(s) filled in); and
– A document verifying the identity of the legal representative (a copy of the driver’s license or health insurance card of the legal representative).
For a representative appointed by power of attorney:
– A power of attorney; and
– A document for verifying the identity of the representative (a copy of the driver’s license or health insurance card of the representative).
We will use the personal information provided in the Request for Disclosure, etc. to the extent necessary to process the Request for Disclosure, etc. The identification documents or documents confirming the representative received will be disposed of by appropriate means immediately after verification. The application form for disclosure, etc. for which a certain period of time has elapsed after the completion of the procedures will also be disposed of by appropriate means.

(“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) establishes the following supplemental provisions (this “California Addendum”) with respect to its information services “Lighthouse® Los Angeles,” “Lighthouse® San Diego,” “Lighthouse® Seattle&Portland,” “Japanese Universities Guide,” and “We Love Japanese Food” (collectively, the “Services”). These provisions apply in addition to the Leverages Group Privacy Policy.
This California Addendum is adopted pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (together, the “CCPA”). It applies to users of the Services who are California residents and whose personal information, as defined by the CCPA, we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share. “Personal information” under the CCPA means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to a particular consumer or household.
Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used in this California Addendum have the meanings given to them in the CCPA. In the event of any conflict between the Leverages Group Privacy Policy and this California Addendum, the provisions of this California Addendum will be controlled.
1. Categories and Sources of Personal Information

In the past twelve (12) months, for the purposes described in the section “Purposes of Using Personal Information” of the Leverages Group Privacy Policy, we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined under the CCPA:

We may provide California Personal Information to the following third parties to the extent necessary for the purposes of (i) delivering advertisements relevant to users’ interests and preferences, and (ii) [collaborating with group companies engaged in recruitment services to enable users to access appropriate recruitment-related services or information].

4. User Rights Regarding Personal Information
If you are a California resident, you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal information under the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA.

You may request that we disclose the categories of personal information about you that we have collected, as described in Section 1-1 above.
② Right to Delete
Subject to certain exceptions set out in the CCPA, you may request that we delete personal information we collected from you.
③ Right to Correct
If the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, you may request that we correct such inaccurate information.
④ Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
You may direct us not to sell or share your personal information with third parties.
⑤ Right to Limit the Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
We use such sensitive personal information only for legitimate purposes permitted under Section 7027(m) of the California Code of Regulations, such as identity verification, providing and maintaining the Services, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted, nor do we collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
5. How to Exercise Your Rights
5-1. Exercising Your Rights
To exercise your rights, please contact us at the contact details provided in Section 8 of this Addendum. When you submit a request to exercise your rights, we will verify your identity by requesting a copy of a government-issued identification document (such as a passport or driver’s license) or a student identification card. Please note that we may also request additional information as necessary to verify your identity.
Exercising Your Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
If you wish to request that we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, please submit a request through this link: “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” You may also exercise your opt-out rights by using the Global Privacy Control via your browser or through your account page.
5-2. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Except in certain circumstances, the authorized agent must provide us with a written authorization signed by you confirming the agent’s authority to act on your behalf.
6. Users Under the Age of 16
We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information from users under the age of 16. If you are the parent or guardian of a user under the age of 16 and wish to request appropriate handling of their personal information, please contact us at the contact details provided in Section 8 of this Addendum.

個人情報の取り扱いについて
1. 個人情報の利用目的
当社グループがお預かりする個人情報その他のお客様情報は、以下の目的のために利用します。
なお、サービスの利用規約に定める場合等、個人情報その他のお客様情報の収集に際し、利用目的を別途ご本人に明示する場合には、それら目的を含みます。

●お申込みいただいたサービスおよびその他のサービスの開発・改善のための分析、サービス登録経路の分析、統計処理および機械学習、大規模言語モデル等の深層学習のための利用
・ご利用いただくサービスによっては、退会後も利用する場合があります。
・利用ログ情報を取得し、これらとお客様のご登録情報その他当社グループが保有する個人情報とを参照し、利用することがあります。
●当社グループの事業活動に関する調査等へのご協力依頼
・利用ログ情報を取得し、依頼先の選定等にあたって、これらとお客様のご登録情報その他当社グループが保有する個人情報と参照し、利用することがあります。
●記事コンテンツの作成のための取材対象者の募集
●お申込みいただいたサービスの利用規約に定める禁止事項に関する調査およびこれに基づく措置
●その他、上記業務に関連又は付随する業務

1) 個人のお客様の情報は、以下のとおり第三者へ提供・開示することがあります。

・当社グループは、お客様の依頼に基づくフリーランス、正社員、派遣社員などの求人、案件ご紹介やスカウトなどのサービスの提供として、また、紹介等するお取引先企業等における検討、選考などの円滑な実施を目的として、お客様に代わって、または自ら、当社グループの各種サービス、または提携事業者のサービスを利用するお取引先企業等に対してお客様の情報を提供し、またはこれらお取引先企業等が閲覧できるサイト、アプリケーション上に表示、掲載する方法により開示します。なお、これら提供・開示に際して、当社グループは、お客様の情報の一部を閲覧できないようにするなどして保有するお客様の情報の一部に限定して提供等する場合があります。
その他、上記サービスの提供として、以下の提供される場面があります。
－案件・求人への応募など、個人のお客様本人による情報送信
応募画面の操作により、求人者へ情報が提供されます。

イベント参加企業へご登録者に代わって登録情報を提供します。
－求人者が提供するアンケートへの回答時
当社グループが個人のお客様に代わって提供をする場合があります。
・当社グループは、派遣、人材教育（スクール）、プラットフォーム提供、入居先紹介サービス、自社メディア、その他当社グループのサービスの提供として、必要の範囲でお取引先企業等に情報を提供します。

お申込みいただいたサービスの提供に伴って、他の職業紹介事業者が情報を閲覧できるようになります。
●職業紹介事業者への面談希望
職業紹介事業者からのコンタクト後、求人案件を保有する職業紹介事業者への面談を希望した場合に提供いたします。

●お客様の氏名、連絡先（住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等）、保有資格、学歴・職歴などプロフィールに関する情報、アンケート回答およびその分析結果などサービスの利用情報その他お客様より当社グループに提供され、または提供された情報から得られた情報
●個人のお客様より当社グループ担当者へ通知した情報（職業紹介においては、職業紹介に際してご提供いただいた情報）
●サービスの利用・行動履歴（サービスの利用・行動履歴を元に加工した情報も提供します。）

労働者派遣法等の法令に基づく場合や、派遣先事業主からの派遣労働者の資格照会への対応のため、派遣先事業主に提供することがあります。

派遣労働者が当社グループのシステムに登録された情報、業務遂行能力に関する情報（看護師免許等の資格証明書を含む）
提供先：提携事業者（当社グループと取引のある不動産会社等）

当社グループの提携事業者に対して、提携事業者の提供するサービスへの取次のため、お客様に代わって提供することがあります。

お客様の氏名、電話番号、住所、その他お客様が当社グループに提供された情報（提供される場面において必要な項目を提供します。）
提供先：提携事業者（当社グループサービスの紹介を委託した事業者）
【提供される場面】
広告配信を含むマーケティング活動およびその広告効果測定、改善・対象の拡大のため、当社グループのサービスの紹介を委託した事業者に提供することがあります。
【提供される項目】
ご利用者のご登録情報、ご登録日等の各期日、その他当社グループが保有する個人情報（広告配信および広告効果の測定に必要な情報）
※上記の他にも、ご本人の同意がある場合には第三者に提供することがあります。
※個人情報の提供は、特に記述のない限り、暗号化等を施したウェブシステム、電子メール等の電磁的通信手段、FAX、電話又は対面での口頭伝達、書面の手交のいずれかによるものとします。
2) 外国にある第三者へのご利用者の情報の提供に関する補足事項
当グループは、ご利用者が外国企業へ求職活動・応募などを行う場合、外国にある事業者が当グループが運営するサービスを通じてスカウト・採用活動等を行う場合、また、当社グループが当社グループサービスの提供を行うために必要な場合に、ご利用者の個人情報を提供することがあります。
なお、提供される項目は前項記載のとおりです。

4) 個人のお客様、お取引先の役員・従業員、その他の関係者様の情報の共同利用
当社グループでは、グループ各社の専門性を活かしたサービスを総合的に提供するために、個人のお客様、お取引先の役員・従業員、その他の関係者様の情報を以下のとおり共同で利用します。
①共同して利用する個人情報の項目
氏名、連絡先（住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等）、所属組織の名称・部署名・所在地・役職名・メールアドレス・電話番号・FAX番号、お取引やご商談・ご連絡の履歴、保有資格、学歴・職歴などプロフィールに関する情報、その他当社グループのサービス提供に必要な情報

3. 個人情報の第三者提供に関する免責事項について
以下の事項に該当する場合は、第三者による個人情報の取得が発生した場合においても、当社グループは何ら責任を負いません。
1) 利用者自らが当社グループサービスの機能、または、別の手段を用いて求人企業等の第三者に自身の個人情報を明らかにする場合
※例えば、当社グループサービスにプロフィールやスキルシートを登録する際に、以下のような情報の登録を行うことで該当する事象の発生が想定されます。
●利用者本人であることが容易に想定される業務経験を固有名詞等を交えながら具体的に記載する
●利用者本人であることが明らかに分かる写真を掲載する
●書籍・論文等の執筆実績を記載する
●SNS等の公開WEBサービスのID、アカウント名、リンクを記載する
2) 利用者が当社グループサービスの利用に関してSNS等の公開WEBサービスに投稿した情報により、第三者に利用者本人が特定される状況に至る場合
3) 利用者本人以外の者が、利用者本人を識別できる情報を入手した場合
4) 当社グループの責めに帰すべき事由がない場合
4. 当社グループのお取引先等からの個人情報の受領
当社グループは、個人のお客様が当社グループの提供するサービスを利用して応募・申込等を行った求人者等から個人情報を受領する場合があります。この場合、書面または電磁的な方法により個人情報を適切に受領します。
1) 当社グループの受領目的
個人のお客様が当社グループサービスを利用して応募・申込等を行った求人者等との課金対象の確認
個人のお客様が利用する当社グループサービスの運営およびそれに伴う個人のお客様とのやりとり・情報提供

5. 個人情報提供の任意性について
当社グループは、ここに掲げる目的のために必要な範囲で皆さまに個人情報のご提供を求めます。法令に基づく場合（身元や外国人の在留資格の確認、マイナンバーの提供等）を除き、ご提供は任意ですが、当社グループの求めに応じられない場合やご提供いただいた内容に不備があった場合は、サービスのご提供その他のご要望にお応えできないことがありますのでご了承ください。
6. 要配慮個人情報の取扱いについて
当社グループは、法令に基づく場合またはお客様の同意もしくは依頼に基づき、要配慮個人情報（人種、信条、社会的身分、病歴、犯罪の経歴、犯罪により害を被った事実その他本人に対する不当な差別、偏見その他の不利益が生じないようにその取扱いに特に配慮を要するものとして政令で定める記述等が含まれる個人情報等）を取得し、法令または同意等の範囲で第三者に提供する場合があります。
7. 統計データの利用について
当社グループは、提供を受けたお客様の個人情報をもとに、お客様個人を特定できないよう加工した統計データを、法令の定める手続きに従って作成することがあります。お客様個人を特定できない統計データについて、当社グループは、何ら制限なく利用することができるものとします。
8. 匿名加工情報について
当社グループは、法令等に基づいた適正な加工方法に基づき、個人を識別することや個人情報を復元することができないようにした匿名加工情報を継続的に作成し、第２項に規定する範囲内で当該匿名加工情報を提供いたします。
作成および提供する匿名加工情報に含まれる項目は、氏名、性別、生年月日、ご経験及びご経歴等のお客様の個人属性情報です。書面、電話での口頭伝達、FAX、電磁的記録媒体の受渡し又は電子メール等の電磁的通信手段等で提供を行います。
9. 安全管理措置
当社グループでは、保有個人データにかかる安全管理措置として、以下を講じています。
【組織的安全管理措置】
・個人データの安全管理措置を講ずるため、各部門に管理責任者として、情報管理者を設置しています。
・個人データの漏えい等の事案の発生またはそのおそれがある場合には、当社グループ内で定める報告連絡体制に則り、迅速な事実関係の調査や原因の究明等、事案に応じ、講ずべき必要な措置を行います。
・個人データの取扱いにあたって、社内マニュアルの設置、履行やシステムの利用状況をアクセスログ等により、定期的に確認を行っています。
【人的安全管理措置】
・個人データの取扱いにおけるルールや留意事項、他社で起きた事故事例等について、従業員に定期的な研修、周知を行っています。
・従業員の在籍中ならびに退職後における個人データの守秘義務について、就業規則やその他社内規定に定めています。
【物理的安全管理措置】
・当社グループのオフィス内への入退館にあたっては、ICカード等を要する等して、セキュリティ対策を行っています。
・社内への持ち込みが可能な機器等の制限や、個人データの管理にあたって施錠可能な場所、認証が必要なサーバ等で保管を行っています。
・個人データの破棄にあたっては、溶解やシュレッダー処理等を行い、復元ができない処理を行っています。
・電子機器等の移動、持ち運びの際には、当該機器等にパスワードロックを施し、個人データの漏えい等を防止しています。
・暗号化を講じている機器等への保存や、高度なセキュリティ対策を講じたファイルサーバ、クラウド等へ個人データの保存を行うことで、個人データの紛失、盗難等を防止しています。
【技術的安全管理措置】
・個人データの使用にあたって、IPアドレスによるアクセス制限や、データベースへのアクセスにあたってID・パスワードを必須とすること、二段階認証を設定、情報の種別に応じて閲覧可能な従業員を限定する等して、アクセス制御を行っています。
・従業員が使用する機器には、セキュリティ対策ソフトの導入を徹底しています。
【外的環境の把握】
個人データを外国で保管する場合は、個人データを保管している当該国における個人情報の保護における制度を把握した上で安全管理措置を実施します。
なお、外的環境の把握状況にあたっては、各問い合わせ窓口宛まで別途お問い合わせください。ご利用いただいている当社グループのサービスに応じて、個別に回答させていただきます。
10. 本人が容易に認識できない方法による個人情報の取得
本サイトにおいて、サービス向上やアクセス状況などの統計的情報を取得する目的で、クッキーやウェブビーコン等の技術を使用することがありますが、これらの技術の使用により、ご本人が入力していない個人情報を取得することはありません。
1) クッキー
a.クッキーとは
クッキーとは、ウェブサイトを利用した際に、ブラウザとサーバーとの間で送受信した利用履歴や入力内容などを、コンピュータにファイルとして保存しておく仕組みです。次回、同じページにアクセスすると、ウェブサイトの運営者は、クッキーの情報を使って利用者ごとに表示を変えたりすることができます。ブラウザの設定でクッキーの送受信を許可している場合、ウェブサイトは、利用者のブラウザからクッキーを取得できます。なお、プライバシー保護のため、利用者のブラウザは、利用したウェブサイトのサーバーが送受信したクッキーのみを送信します。
b.クッキーの設定について
クッキーの送受信に関する設定は、「すべてのクッキーを許可する」、「すべてのクッキーを拒否する」、「クッキー受信時に通知する」などから選択できます。設定方法はブラウザにより異なりますので、お使いのブラウザの「ヘルプ」メニューでご確認ください。
すべてのクッキーを拒否する設定を選択した場合、認証が必要なサービスを受けられなくなる等、インターネット上の各種サービスのご利用において、制約を受ける場合がありますのでご注意ください。
2) ウェブビーコン
当社グループのウェブサイトでは、当社グループサービスの利用状況に関する統計情報の取得やサービス向上を目的として、ウェブビーコンを使用しているページがあります。ウェブビーコンを用いて取得した情報には、個人を特定するような情報は含まれておりません。
3) 携帯端末の個体識別番号
携帯端末の個体識別番号とは、携帯端末で本サイトにアクセスした際に、携帯端末を区別するために利用者の携帯端末が送信する番号のことで、アクセス管理などに利用しております。個体識別番号には、利用者の携帯電話番号やメールアドレス、氏名など、利用者のプライバシーに関する情報は含まれておりません。また個体識別番号のみでは、登録ユーザー個人を特定する事はできません。
1)～3)を始めとする情報の利用目的、第三者提供等に関する条件については「インフォマティブデータについて」をご確認ください。
11. プライバシーポリシーの変更について
当社グループは本プライバシーポリシーを法令に違反しない範囲で任意に変更することができるものとします。
12. 個人情報の開示等の請求
1） 利用目的の通知または個人情報もしくは第三者提供記録の開示
当社グループで保有している開示対象個人情報に関する、ご本人またはその代理人からの利用目的の通知または開示もしくは第三者への提供記録の開示の請求につきましては、当社グループが定める所定の手続きに則り速やかに対応します。ただし、請求に対応することによって以下のいずれかに該当する場合は、対応できない旨とその理由をご本人またはその代理人に説明した上で、請求に対応できない場合があります。
①ご本人または第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
②当社グループの業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
③法令に違反することとなる場合
2) 訂正・追加・削除
当社グループで保有している開示対象個人情報に関する、ご本人またはその代理人からの訂正・追加・削除の請求につきましては、当社グループが定める所定の手続きに則り速やかに対応し、個人情報保護法において認められる範囲内において、当該個人情報の訂正・追加・削除を行います。
なお、個人情報を削除した場合、現在ご利用中のサービスなどを受けることができなくなる場合があります。
3) 利用の停止若しくは消去又は第三者提供の停止
当社グループで保有している開示対象個人情報に関する、ご本人またはその代理人からの利用の停止もしくは消去または第三者提供の停止の請求につきましては、当社グループが定める所定の手続きに則り速やかに対応し、個人情報保護法に従って適切に対応いたします。
なお個人情報を利用停止等した場合、現在ご利用中のサービスなどを受けることができなくなる場合があります。
4) 請求手続き等について
上記1）、2）または3）の請求（以下「開示等の請求」といいます。）をされる場合は、当社グループ指定様式（開示等申請書）に必要事項をご記入の上、以下aまたはbに示す本人確認書類と併せてご返送ください。なお、当該ご請求のうち、利用目的の通知、個人情報の開示につきましては、手数料等は一切いただきません。
開示等の請求への対応につきましては、必要事項記入済みの開示等申請書および本人確認書類の受領後14営業日以内に、電子メールでの送付またはご指定の住所に書面で郵送させていただきます。
a.ご本人様の場合
開示等の請求の際、以下の本人確認書類のうちいずれか1点の写しをご同封ください。なお、住所が本籍地と「同上」とされている場合を除き、本籍地は黒塗り等により抹消してください。
– 運転免許証
– 健康保険証
– マイナンバーカード
– 年金手帳
– 在留カード
– パスポート
b.代理人様の場合
開示等の請求をする方が代理人様である場合は、上記の書類に加えて、以下の本人確認書類(写し)をご提出ください。現住所が確認できるもので、本籍部分は黒塗りしておいてください。
・法定代理人
– 法定代理権があることを確認するための書類（戸籍謄本、親権者の場合は扶養家族が記入された保険証のコピー等）
– 法定代理人ご本人であることを確認するための書類（法定代理人の運転免許証、または健康保険証のコピー等）
・委任による代理人
– 委任状
– 代理人ご本人であることを確認するための書類（代理人の運転免許証、または健康保険証のコピー等）
本開示等の請求で提供された個人情報は開示等の請求手続きに必要な範囲で使用します。いただいた本人確認書類または代理人確認書類は、確認作業後ただちに適切な方法で廃棄します。また、手続き完了後一定期間が経過した開示等申請書についても、適切な方法で廃棄します。

カリフォルニア州に居住するユーザーの個人情報を取り扱う場合の特則
Leverages Lighthouse Inc.（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社が提供する情報提供サービス「Lighthouse® ロサンゼルス」「Lighthouse® サンディエゴ」「Lighthouse® シアトル&ポートランド」「日本の大学への進学＆留学ガイド」「We Love Japanese Food」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）に関し、レバレジーズグループ・プライバシーポリシーに加えて、カリフォルニアプライバシー権法（CPRA）により改正されたカリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法（以下「CCPA」といいます。）に基づき、以下のとおり追加的事項（以下「本特則」といいます。）を定めます。
本特則は、CCPAの対象となるカリフォルニア州の居住者であるユーザーに適用され、当社が、CCPAにより定義される個人情報（CCPAの対象となる特定の消費者または世帯と、直接的または間接的に、識別、関連、合理的に関連付けることが可能な情報のことをいい、以下「カリフォルニア州個人情報」といいます。）を収集、利用、開示、販売または共有した場合に適用されます。以下で使用する用語は、CCPAにおいて定義される意味を有します。なお、レバレジーズグループ・プライバシーポリシーと本特則が抵触する場合には、本特則の規定が優先するものとします。
1. カリフォルニア州個人情報の類型及び情報源
1-1. カリフォルニア州個人情報の類型
当社は、過去12ヶ月間に、レバレジーズグループ・プライバシーポリシー「個人情報の利用目的」に記載する目的で、以下の類型のカリフォルニア州個人情報を収集しました。

当社は、過去12ヶ月間に、上記のカリフォルニア州個人情報をユーザー本人から収集しました。
2. 保存期間
当社は、カリフォルニア州の個人情報を、本サービスの提供に必要な期間に限り保持します。また、法令上の義務を遵守するため、セキュリティ確保、紛争やクレーム処理のために、適用法令で認められている範囲でカリフォルニア州個人情報を保持します。
3. カリフォルニア州個人情報の販売または共有
当社は、(i)ユーザーが興味・関心のある広告を配信する目的、ならびに、(ii)[人材紹介事業を行うグループ会社と連携し、ユーザーが適切な人材関連サービスまたは関連情報にアクセスできるようにする目的]で、必要な範囲に限り、以下の第三者に対してカリフォルニア州個人情報を提供する場合があります。

当社は、過去12ヶ月間に、カリフォルニア州個人情報を下記のとおり販売または共有しました。

4. カリフォルニア州個人情報に関するユーザーの権利
ユーザーがカリフォルニア州居住者である場合、一定の例外を除き、CCPAの規定に従って、ユーザーのカリフォルニア州個人情報に関して以下の権利を行使することができます。当社は、ユーザーがCCPA上の権利を行使したことを理由として、ユーザーに対して差別を行うことはありません。
① 知る権利
ユーザーは、当社が収集した本特則1-1に記載するユーザーに関するカリフォルニア州個人情報を開示するよう請求することができます。
② 削除請求権
ユーザーは、CCPAに定める例外的場合を除き、当社がユーザーから収集したカリフォルニア州個人情報を削除するよう請求することができます。
③ 訂正請求権
ユーザーは、当社が保持するユーザーのカリフォルニア州個人情報が不正確であった場合、そのような不正確な個人情報を訂正するよう請求することができます。
④ 個人情報の販売または共有に対するオプトアウト権
ユーザーは、当社がユーザーから収集したカリフォルニア州個人情報を第三者に販売または共有しないよう請求することができます。
⑤ センシティブ個人情報の利用開示の制限権
当社が収集するセンシティブ個人情報には、国籍、在留資格、ビザ区分、日本語能力、ログイン認証情報等が含まれます。当社は、雇用適格性の確認、本人確認、サービスの提供及び維持、法令遵守その他California Code of Regulations§7027（ｍ）に列挙された正当な目的に限って利用し、当該センシティブ情報をそれ以外の目的で利用または開示することはございません。また、お客様の特徴を推論する目的でセンシティブ個人情報を取得または処理することはございません。
5. 権利行使方法
5-1. 権利を行使される場合は、本特則87記載の連絡先までご連絡ください。なお、権利行使のための連絡をいただいた際、パスポート、運転免許証等の政府発行の身分証明書や学生証等の写しを送付いただく方法で本人確認をさせていただきます。その際、追加情報を要請する場合があることにご留意ください。
【オプトアウト請求権を行使する場合】
ユーザーが、当社がユーザーから収集したカリフォルニア州個人情報を第三者に販売または共有しないように請求する場合、こちら（”Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”）からリクエストフォームを送信してください。また、ユーザーは、グローバルプライバシーコントロールを利用して、ブラウザまたはユーザーのアカウントページを通じてオプトアウト権を行使することもできます。
5-2. 代理人による権利行使
ユーザーは、代理人を指名して、権利行使をすることができます。その際、一定の場合を除き、代理人は、ユーザー本人の署名入りの代理権を証する書面を当社に示す必要があります。
6. 16歳未満のユーザー
当社は、16歳未満のユーザーからカリフォルニア州個人情報を意図的に収集、販売、又は共有することはありません。16歳未満のユーザーの保護者が適切な取扱いを希望する場合は、本特則87記載の連絡先までご連絡ください。
